The Preview Match Guarantee
Every MadeUni pillow starts from a 3D preview you spin, inspect, and approve. That preview — the cut line, the printed image, the back color, the proportions — is our contract with you.
Our Promise
If your pillow doesn't match the preview you approved, we'll remake it free. If the remake still doesn't match, we'll refund you in full. No return shipping, no restocking games — you keep the pillow either way.
How to Claim
Email us at support@madeuni.com with your order number and a few photos of the pillow (front, back, and anything that shows the issue). We read and answer every email.
What This Covers
- Shape and cut line accuracy.
- Printed image and placement.
- Back color.
- Size matching the preview you approved.
- Manufacturing defects — seams, stuffing, print flaws.
What This Doesn't Cover
- Slight color differences between your screen and the printed fabric — every monitor renders color a little differently.
- Normal variation in pillow loft and filling — it's a pillow, not a machined part.
- Blurriness we warned you about in the customizer that you chose to proceed with anyway.
- Damage from washing or care that doesn't follow our care instructions.
