Mas gusto naming maglabas ng isang bersyong kaya naming panindigan kaysa sa pangalawang hindi namin masasagot.

Ang kulang ay propesyonal na legal na salin, sinuri ng abogadong nagtatrabaho sa wika mo. Hangga't wala pa iyon, mananatiling Ingles ang pahinang ito.

These Terms of Service govern your use of MadeUni and any pillow you order through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

The Service

MadeUni lets you upload a photo, design a custom die-cut pillow, and order it made-to-order. Every design is reviewed by a person before it goes into production.

Your Content and License

You retain ownership of any photo you upload. By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own the rights to it, or are licensed to use it, and that it doesn't depict any third party's copyrighted or trademarked material without permission — this is the same confirmation you check off in the customizer before we process your photo.

You grant MadeUni a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, and print that photo solely to design, review, and manufacture your order.

The same idea covers the Studio. You're responsible for what you type, and you grant MadeUni the same limited license over your descriptions and the pictures the Studio makes from them — solely to create, review, and manufacture your order.

As between you and MadeUni, Studio pictures you make belong to you, to the extent the law recognises ownership in AI-generated images.

Prohibited Content

You may not upload or ask us to print:

  • Child sexual abuse material.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • Content that is otherwise clearly illegal.
  • Terrorism-related content.
  • Content depicting extreme violence.
  • Large commercial orders built around trademarked or copyrighted characters you don't have the rights to use.
  • Any other copyrighted material you don't have the right to use.

We may refuse or cancel any order that violates this policy, with a refund.

Order & Production Process

After you approve your 3D preview and place your order, a person reviews your design before it goes into production. If we spot an issue, we'll reach out before continuing.

Payment

When you place an order, payment is processed by Stripe. We don't collect or store your card details.

Accounts

Creating an account is optional. If you do, we identify it by your email address — signing in is a one-time link we email you, not a password. Any store credit or saved designs are tied to that email address.

Returns, Refunds, and Our Guarantee

Because every pillow is made to order, custom pillows can't be returned for a change of mind. See our Returns & Refunds Policy and Preview Match Guarantee for what's covered.

Your Responsibility for What You Upload

You're responsible for any photo or content you upload. If a claim arises because content you uploaded infringed someone else's rights or violated this policy, you agree to indemnify MadeUni against that claim.

Changes to These Terms

If we make material changes to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
