Returns & Refunds Policy
MadeUni pillows are made to order — each one is cut and printed specifically for you after you approve your design. Because of that, our return policy works a little differently from off-the-shelf products.
Custom Items Are Not Returnable
Once your design is approved and enters production, we can't accept a return or exchange for a change of mind — a pillow shaped like your pet or photo isn't something we can resell. This is standard for made-to-order goods, and we tell you this before you pay.
When We'll Fix It
If your pillow arrives with a manufacturing defect, or it doesn't match the 3D preview you approved, that's on us — see our Preview Match Guarantee. We'll remake it free, first. If the remake still doesn't match, we'll refund you in full.
How Refunds Work
If a refund is approved, we issue it via Stripe to your original payment method. Once we issue it, how long it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider, not on us.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because production starts as soon as your design is approved, we generally can't change or cancel an order once it's in production. If you need to change something, email us as soon as possible and we'll try to catch it before that happens.
Disputes
If you disagree with how we've handled a claim, email us and explain why — we'll take another look.
